Vendor Terms & Conditions

These Vendor Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the engagement of any vendor, independent contractor, or service provider (“Vendor”) providing services to Collect Big Deal (“we,” “us,” or “our”) related to the operation of CollectBigDeal.com.
1. Scope of Work and Agreement
All services provided by the Vendor must be agreed upon in a separate, written Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the SOW will take precedence over these general Terms.2. Payment and Invoicing
Payment terms will be specified in the SOW. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within [e.g., 30] days of receipt, provided the service deliverables are accepted by us.We reserve the right to withhold payment if the deliverables fail to meet the standards set forth in the SOW.3. Intellectual Property Rights (IP)
The Vendor agrees that all materials, content, code, or deliverables created specifically for us under the SOW shall be considered a “Work for Hire.” Upon payment, we shall be the sole owner of all IP rights, copyrights, and derivative works related to the deliverables.The Vendor must ensure all materials provided are original and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
